Health Guarantee

At Royal Bully Home, the health and well-being of every puppy is our highest priority. We are dedicated to responsible breeding practices and work hard to ensure that each puppy receives the best possible start in life. Every puppy is raised with love, proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and daily socialization before joining its forever family.

Health at the Time of Adoption

To the best of our knowledge, every puppy is healthy at the time of adoption. Before leaving our care, each puppy:

  • Receives age-appropriate vaccinations.

  • Follows a regular deworming schedule.

  • Undergoes a general health examination.

  • Is carefully monitored for signs of illness or contagious disease.

  • Comes with a health record documenting vaccinations and preventative care.

We do not allow a puppy to leave our home unless we believe it is healthy and ready for its new family.

New Owner Responsibilities

Once your puppy joins your family, its continued health depends on proper care. We recommend scheduling a wellness examination with a licensed veterinarian within a few days of your puppy’s arrival.

As the new owner, you are responsible for providing:

  • Routine veterinary care.

  • Future vaccinations and booster shots.

  • Ongoing parasite prevention.

  • Proper nutrition.

  • Safe housing and regular exercise.

  • Plenty of love, attention, and socialization.

Following your veterinarian’s recommendations is essential to helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

Genetic Health Guarantee

Royal Bully Home offers a two-week general health guarantee and a one-year limited genetic health guarantee for hereditary conditions that significantly affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious inherited genetic condition during the warranty period, the veterinarian’s written findings should be provided to us for review. We reserve the right to request confirmation from another licensed veterinarian before making a final determination regarding the claim.

Each situation is reviewed individually with fairness and care, and we will work with the buyer toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with the terms of our health guarantee.

In the Unfortunate Event of a Puppy Passing Away

Although extremely rare, if a puppy passes away during the applicable warranty period and a genetic condition is believed to be the cause, a complete necropsy (animal autopsy) performed by a licensed veterinarian may be required before a claim can be evaluated.

The official veterinary report must identify the cause of death and be provided to Royal Bully Home before any determination can be made.

Veterinary Expenses

Routine veterinary visits, vaccinations, preventative care, emergency treatment, medications, diagnostic testing, transportation costs, and other expenses incurred after your puppy leaves our care remain the responsibility of the new owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Parasites

Despite following appropriate preventative care, puppies can occasionally be exposed to common intestinal parasites during transportation or after arriving in a new environment. Because these organisms can be contracted after leaving our care, they are not covered under this health guarantee.

We recommend following your veterinarian’s deworming and parasite prevention schedule throughout your puppy’s life.

Hernias

Small umbilical or inguinal hernias may occasionally occur in puppies and are often identified during routine veterinary examinations. Many umbilical hernias resolve naturally as the puppy grows, while others may be repaired during a routine spay or neuter procedure if your veterinarian recommends surgery.

If a hernia is identified, we encourage buyers to discuss the most appropriate treatment options with their licensed veterinarian.

Return Policy

If, at any point in your puppy’s life, you are no longer able to provide proper care, we encourage you to contact Royal Bully Home. Whenever possible, we are happy to discuss responsible rehoming options or accepting the dog back to help ensure it is placed in a safe and loving environment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returning a puppy does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Our Commitment

Our relationship with our puppy families does not end on adoption day. We are committed to providing guidance and support throughout your dog’s life and are always available to answer questions about nutrition, training, health, and general care.

Our goal is to produce healthy, well-socialized puppies and to place them with loving families who will provide lifelong care and companionship.
