At Royal Bully Home, we believe in providing a FAIR and REALISTIC health and satisfaction guarantee. Our breeding philosophy centers on improving the American Bully breed overall. Both parents of our puppies are healthy dogs, we do not want to see any dogs suffer with health problems, so we do our best to ensure we are only breeding top-quality, healthy dogs from excellent bloodlines.

Because we want to make sure your puppy is a perfect match and that none of our puppies ever end up in shelters or unwanted homes, we stand behind our dogs with the comprehensive policy outlined below.

1. 60-Day Full Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your puppy for any reason, you can return the puppy to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of the date you take possession of the puppy.

Important Exclusions:

• Transportation Excluded: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in the refund. We design our policy this way because we want serious, committed buyers only.
• Condition of Eligibility: In order for us to honor this satisfaction guarantee, the dog must not show any signs of mental or physical abuse, neglect, or improper care, and must have been vaccinated appropriately according to the schedule provided.
• Vaccination Schedule: A clear vaccination schedule will be provided for each puppy upon departure so you know exactly what future vaccinations are due and when they must be administered.

2. Veterinary Requirements & Prior Approvals

To protect the health of your puppy and validate your warranty, the following protocols must be followed strictly:

Mandatory 30-Day Checkup:

For this guarantee to be valid, you must have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian (DVM) within 30 days from the date you take possession, and the results must be communicated directly to us.

Prior Approval for Medical Procedures:

If there are any health problems with the dog that require a vet office procedure and/or surgery, we must be notified and give prior approval before the procedure or surgery is performed. If any procedures or surgeries are performed on the dog without our prior approval, the health guarantee is immediately void.

Financial Responsibility:

All vet bills are the sole responsibility of the puppy owner. Royal Bully Home is not responsible for any veterinary bills or medical expenses you may incur.

3. General Exclusions and Voidance of Warranty

We guarantee that the American Bully puppies we are breeding do not have health problems at the time of sale. However, this contract does not cover death, injuries, illnesses, or debilitating disorders that result from accidents, neglect, or improper care in your home.

This warranty does not cover:

• Injuries sustained from physical mishaps, such as a jump or fall from an excessive height.
• Illnesses or disorders resulting from excessive exertion, physical exhaustion, or environmental stress — especially in hot weather, to which American Bullies can be uniquely sensitive.
• Any condition arising from failure to provide standard, proper care, including but not limited to inadequate nutrition, lack of exercise, or failure to follow veterinary recommendations.

4. Mandatory Rehoming & First Right of Refusal

• 4.1 Breeder's Right of First Refusal: Royal Bully Home retains the Right of First Refusal to take the dog back. If the dog is returned under this pledge, no refund will be issued, but the Breeder will take full custody, evaluate the dog, provide veterinary care, and find a screened, loving forever home.
• 4.2 Third-Party Rehoming: If the Buyer wishes to transfer ownership of the dog to a relative or close friend, they must notify the Breeder in writing with the new owner's contact details so the Breeder can approve the placement.

5. Veterinary and Transport Costs

• 5.1 Expenses: In the event of any return or surrender, the Buyer is solely responsible for all shipping, transport, and travel nanny fees required to return the puppy safely to our kennel.
• 5.2 Vet Fees: The Breeder will not reimburse the Buyer for any diagnostic testing, medication, or veterinary clinic consultation fees incurred by the Buyer during their ownership of the dog.

6. How to Submit a Claim or Request

To submit your 30-day veterinary checkup reports, request medical approvals, or discuss your 60-day satisfaction window, please contact us directly:

• Your full name and contact information.
• The puppy's name, date of birth, and date of purchase.
• A detailed description of the issue or concern.
• Supporting documentation (e.g., veterinary records, photos, videos).

7. Important Disclaimer

This Refund Policy and Health Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada. However, this guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the puppy.

Royal Bully Home reserves the right to verify all claims and, at our sole discretion, determine eligibility for refunds or replacements under this policy.

8. Entire Agreement

This Refund Policy & Health Guarantee, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Royal Bully Home regarding the purchase and adoption of our puppies.
