Welcome to Royal Bully Home (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We are a Canadian-based breeder specializing in the American Bully breed, operating from 162 Pryde Ave, Nanaimo, BC V9S 4P7, Canada.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.royalbullyhome.com (the "Site") and any services we provide, including but not limited to adoption applications, puppy inquiries, and video consultations (FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom).

By accessing or using our Site and services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Important Note on Legally Binding Nature: These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Royal Bully Home. By using our Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. This is considered a "browsewrap" or "clickwrap" agreement, which is enforceable under Canadian contract law. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site, submit an adoption application, or enter into any agreement with us. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Accurate Information

When submitting an adoption application, contacting us, or using any of our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, phone number, and details about your home environment. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it as necessary.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse our Site or services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users without their consent.
• Using automated systems or software to extract data from our Site (scraping).
• Making false or misleading statements about our dogs, breeding practices, or your intentions.

3. Adoption Applications and Video Consultations

3.1 Adoption Application Process

All adoption applications are subject to review and approval by Royal Bully Home. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be approved to adopt a puppy. We reserve the right to refuse any application at our sole discretion.

3.2 Video Consultations

We offer video calls (via FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom) for the purpose of showing you our puppies and answering your questions. By scheduling a video call, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information to establish the connection.
• Conduct the call in a respectful and professional manner.
• Acknowledge that we do not record video sessions without prior written consent.
• Understand that video calls are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a sale or guarantee of adoption.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Royal Bully Home or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on our Site without our express written permission.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of our Site on another website.

5. Official Channels & Financial Security

• 5.1 Official Email: All electronic transactions, invoices, and contracts will be dispatched exclusively from info@royalbullyhome.com.
• 5.2 Secure Invoicing: We will never request deposits via standard wire transfer, check, or gift cards. Any request for payment from any email address other than info@royalbullyhome.com should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROYAL BULLY HOME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.

No Guarantee of Adoption Success: We do not guarantee that any particular puppy will be available for adoption, that your application will be approved, or that you will be satisfied with any puppy you adopt. The temperament, health, and appearance of our dogs are subject to natural variation, and we provide information in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROYAL BULLY HOME, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Personal injury or property damage.
• Claims arising from the health, temperament, or behavior of any dog.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any information provided on our Site.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Bully Home, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, fees (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our Site or services.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• Any false or misleading information you provide to us.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
